At Hygoshirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium gear. Because we offer both elite standard designs and custom-printed apparel, please review our professional policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for eligible items. This extended window is part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

2. Standard vs. Custom Apparel

  • Standard Items: May be returned within 30 days if they are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Custom-Printed Items: Because these items are manufactured specifically for you with unique designs or text, they are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged, the print is defective, or a fulfillment error was made by our team.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following professional criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

  • Verification: A valid order number or digital receipt must be provided.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind or size exchange), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our London hub. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we dispatched the incorrect item or if the print is defective, Hygoshirts will cover 100% of the costs to replace the item or provide a full refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email support@hygoshirts.com with your order number. For defective custom items, please attach a clear photo of the issue.

  2. Dispatch Your Return: Once authorized, please send your package to our official UK headquarters:

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
